Pre-Trial Diversion offers students a second chance. We understand that mistakes happen—especially for young people—and one poor decision shouldn’t define their future. This program provides an opportunity to take responsibility, learn from the experience, and, when successfully completed, avoid a lasting mark on their record.

To get started, contact our office to discuss eligibility and next steps. We will schedule an initial conference with the student and a parent or guardian to review the process, expectations, and requirements. From there, the student will complete the assigned steps, which may include educational components, community service, or other agreed-upon conditions. Once all requirements are fulfilled, the case can be closed in accordance with the program guidelines.
